Which shipping services are you using?
Parcels are shipped with la Poste in Colissimo for France. European and Internationnal orders are shipped with DHL express.
When will I receive my parcel?
After reception of the order confirmation e-mail, parcels are delivered in:
- 72 business hours for France
- from 1-2 business days for UE and the rest of the world
Please note these delays are estimated and given by French Postal service and DHL express.
How can I estimate my shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart, when you have entered your personal information. It takes into account the weight of your articles and your location. The final cost of your shopping cart includes shipping costs.
Do you deliver worldwide?
In short, yes we do deliver worldwide with DHL express. Although there are some countries that we do not deliver to or ask for more justificative because of high levels of fraud.
